Dunedin’s Forsyth Barr Stadium is New Zealand’s only covered Stadium, with real grass under a transparent roof. Construction began in June 2009 and was completed in August 2011 (in time for the Rugby World Cup). It hosts sports, concerts, events of all kinds, and conferences.

For corporate events, meetings and conferences where the main pitch area would be too large, there's a huge array of smaller venue options within the Stadium complex. You'll find our luxuriously appointed lounges and suites are suitable for such events. Dunedin Venues offers a huge array of venue choices both at Forsyth Barr Stadium and the Dunedin Centre.

Outside of scheduled events, Forsyth Barr Stadium East End carpark is available as a pay and display, managed by DCC parking. Limited car parking is available in the immediate area surrounding the Stadium.

There are seven marked mobility car parks available on a first in, first served basis in the East End carpark between Gates E & F. A mobility pass must be visible within the vehicle and all car park regulations must be adhered to. Once these car parks are full, mobility access is offered at the drop off point only. Vehicles must leave the Stadium grounds after dropping off.
