The Balmacewen Course is in the suburb of Maori Hill, which is a five-minute drive from the cenre of Dunedin and its visitor attraction areas. There is a good selection of hotels, motels and holiday parks to cater for your accommodation needs.

A championship-class golf course in a beautiful setting, bordered on one side by native bush and on the other by Dunedin’s tranquil suburbs, the Otago Golf Club also has expansive views of the City of Dunedin, the Otago Peninsula and the hills of Mt Cargill and Flagstaff.

The Otago Golf Club welcomes visitors, although we recommend that an enquiry is made to ensure that the Course is available.

The Clubhouse lounge has spectacular views of the course and can accommodate up to 180 people. The room can be separated into smaller sections and we can supply any extra video or conference equipment you require. Whether as part of your corporate golf day, or for a private function, our caterers, bar and friendly events management staff can help make your day remarkable.

All our function rooms include free Wi-Fi, if available, the use of our sound systems and presentations equipment. We have other smaller meeting rooms and an adjacent dance floor/breakout utility room alongside both our Howdens and The Glen Lounge, it is all there for you.
