From our multi-award winning Aviation Display Hall (ADH) to the intimacy of MOTAT's iconic Historic Village, our experienced team has arranged shareholder meetings, company picnics, business functions, wedding ceremonies and receptions, parties, product launches, and team building experiences of varying sizes.

We have a range of unique venue spaces on offer which can host up to 800 people in cocktail style or 350 for a seated dinner. Each venue is rich in heritage and available evening or day, with the exception of the Aviation Display Hall which is available evenings from 6pm until midnight. Special circumstances apply for product launches during the day. Nestled between a village of heritage cottages and gardens is the idyllic Historic Village Lawn. The lawn can seat up to 150 guests picnic style or up to 200 standing. We can accommodate large and small functions. The Historic Village Lawn is available for day or evening functions and additional activities such as traditional Victorian games for kids can be arranged.

The upstairs meeting space at Cropper House is a great place to hold your next business meeting and can sit up to 40 people meeting style or up to 60 people standing.
Situated behind Cropper House, the sunny lawn area is the perfect spot for a picnic of company family day out and can seat up to approximately 100 visitors. Relax with the family on the grass picnic style or let the kids roam through Tram 91, we can customise your experience to suit your needs.
