Our 47 rooms have many eco-friendly, sustainable, and green elements, like vintage furniture, low VOC paints and recycled materials throughout. Our accommodations offer simple luxury for cheap many rooms feature art by local and international artists.

We use LED lights, paint with low Volatile Organic Compound and floor coverings that are made with recyclable material. The Grosvenor practices recycling program extensively. We minimise the usage of plastic bottles. We have reminders placed in rooms to discourage patrons to wash their towels more than they should.
