Fisher House is located in the original Ra Ora stud homestead built in 1962 by Sir Woolf and Lady Fisher on what was then their 177-acre racing horse stud farm.

Sympathetically renovated while retaining many of the original features that made Ra Ora such a dazzling success in the past, Fisher House now offers guests dining and entertaining experiences to suit any occasion.

Fisher House is an enchanting wedding venue that will make you feel relaxed and at home. The glamorous history, charming outdoor terrace & lawn, elegant bar & timeless spaces make it perfect for large or small wedding parties, intimate ceremonies & receptions. There are various indoor and outdoor settings for the ceremony, including under the oak tree or in one of our versatile boutique rooms, which provides the Bride and Groom with a wet weather alternative.

Fisher House’s attractive bar provides guests with an excellent dance floor, and beneath the shelter of large awnings, the sunny terrace is a great place for guests to relax and enjoy the moment. We offer a wide range of different spaces within Fisher House to suit your specific needs, all you need to do is tell us your requirements and then leave the rest to us. Unique, secluded, and private, The Billiards Room exudes an atmosphere of old world charm, where, in the past, deals would be discussed over the clink of ice against crystal and the discreet click of billiard balls.
