The Hotel offers a total of 116 accommodation rooms including: Double Room (Queen bed), Twin Share Room (Queen bed + 1 Single, or 2 x Queen beds), Triple Room (Queen bed + 2 Single beds), Quad Room (King/hollywood split + 2 Single, or 4 x single beds), Executive Suite 202, Executive Apartment 825 - 2 bedroom. The Brentwood Hotel also offers 13 accessible accommodation twin share rooms (100 wing), 4 interconnecting rooms, ground level access with parking outside all rooms, support animals welcome. We have a unique outdoor area including swimming pool accessed from three conference rooms and the lounge bar area. A perfect space to sit and relax with a drink and some nibbles - or a quick escape for a breath of fresh air.
The Kauri Room is one of Wellington’s largest most flexible multi-use conference rooms. With a capacity of 400 delegates it can be divided into four meeting rooms each accommodating 40-90 delegates depending on configuration. The Kauri Room features European designed sound proof doors, no intrusive pillars and floor to ceiling windows - creating a spacious environment with natural lighting. With the entire Kauri Room open one end converts into a subtle stage area.
